RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
-We accept returns within 7 days on clothing. Please check over and try on your items right away when you receive them. Clothing must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed with tag still attached.
- Smudge kits and incense are non-returnable.
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Tracking is required on returns. Refunds will be given when returned items are back in hand. Original shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
- We are not responsible for lost items. We ship everything via USPS priority and a case should be filed with the Postal Service if a package is lost to recuperate funds on both ends. Tracking is provided for every single domestic shipment.
- We can only ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double check your address before checking out.
